NAB Transact

Introduction

iOrder Online Ordering supports online payment processing via the NAB Transact service. NAB Transact is an external service available to NAB customers.

If you are an NAB customer and would like iOrder Online Ordering to process online payments via your NAB Transact service, please refer to the information detailed below.

What is NAB Transact?

NAB Transact is an electronic payments and receivables channel. It provides you with a centralised technology interface for accessing a range of NAB Products. You can choose one or more NAB Products to be used with NAB Transact.

You can also use NAB Transact as an information management tool. With the Reporting and Transaction Search function you can search your NAB Transact transaction information and generate reports.

iOrder Requirements

For iOrder Online Ordering to be able to process online payments by your customers, your NAB Transact account, the following information will need to be emailed through to Imagatec Helpdesk Support at help@imagatec.com.au

  • NAB Transaction MerchantID
  • NAB Transact Transaction Password

IMPORTANT: The Password is not your NAB tor NAB Transact Account password, it is the password that is specific to the NAB Transact MerchantID.

Important

If your bank manager or representative requires further information from Imagatec regarding the use of the Merchant Account for online payments, please ask them to contact Imagatec Pty Ltd Helpdesk on 1300 365 443.
