iOrder Online Ordering supports online payment processing via the ANZ Cybersource service. ANZ Cybersource is an external service available to ANZ customers.
If you are an ANZ customer and would like iOrder Online Ordering to process online payments via your ANZ service, please refer to the information detailed below.
The ANZ Cybersource platform enables merchants to accept and manage payments, mitigate fraud, and secure their payment data.
For iOrder Online Ordering to be able to process online payments by your customers, your ANZ merchant account, the following information will need to be emailed through to Imagatec Helpdesk Support at help@imagatec.com.au
IMPORTANT: The Merchant KEY is specific to the ANZ Cybersource Merchant ID, it is NOT your ANZ Account password or pin.
If your bank manager or representative requires further information from Imagatec regarding the use of the Merchant Account for online payments, please ask them to contact Imagatec Pty Ltd Helpdesk on 1300 365 443.
