iOrder is a completely new online ordering platform, designed specifically to meet the growing need for our iPOS and iPizza customers to open their stores to online customers. Using your own domain name, or a free iOrder domain from Imagatec, you can add an online order link to your website, or Facebook, or Google, or all of them, and open your store to the web.

Amongst the many great features that iOrder offers, the most convenient is that it is fully integrated into iPOS and iPizza. So when your online customers place an order, iOrder will send that order directly to your POS. It is then accessible to the whole of POS, from Make Line Monitor, to Customer Service Screen, to back office reports and reconciliations. With iOrder, there is no more need for that extra tablet or printer just to print your online orders. And with iOrder, the customers remain your customers, and any customer details provided are safely stored in your customer database, giving you access to improved marketing options.

  • When configured for @Online mode, the iOrder platform will provide an online ordering service to end users.
    
  • In this mode, the service provided is inline with online ordering services from industry leaders, such as Dominos and Pizza Hut.
    
• @Table
  • When configured for @Table mode, the iOrder platform will provide an 'order at table' service on a 'Store Device'.
    
  • This requires a store to have hadrware secured to tables that allow end users to place dine-in orders at a store.
    
  • In this mode, the service provided is inline with 'table-order' services, such as those used by Sushi Train.
    
• @BYO
  • When configured for @BYO mode, the iOrder platform will provide an 'order at table' service on a 'end user Device'.
    
  • This allows the end user to scan a QR code with their own mobile phone or tablet to place dine-in orders at a store.
    
  • In this mode, the service provided is inline with 'byo table-order' services, such as those used by The Coffee Club.
    
• @Kiosk
  • When configured for @Kiosk mode, the iOrder platform will provide an 'order at kiosk' service on a 'fixed kiosk device'.
    
  • This requires a store to have kiosk hadrware installed to allow end users to place dine-in/take-away orders at a store.
    
  • The kiosk hardware can be a dedicated kiosk terminal*, similar to the kiosk's used by Maccas, or a touchscreen device* fixed to a wall.
    
  • In this mode, the service provided is inline with 'Kiosk-order' services, such as those used by Maccas.
