-  - Make sure the **Log on using Secure Password Authentication** is __NOT__ ticked\\

-  - When you first open Outlook, it will provide a "Welcome to Outlook 2013" message, click the Next button. 
-  - The next screen will ask "Do you want to set up Outlook to connect to an email account?" choose Yes and click the Next button. 
-  - On the Auto Account Setup menu, select the option for Manual setup or additional server types, then click Next. 
-  - On the Choose Service menu, click the POP or IMAP option then click the Next button. 
-  - You will then see the POP and IMAP Account Settings menu, fill in the fields. 
-  - Enter the following settings: 
-      * a. Your Name: Name of store 
-      * b. Email Address: Store email address 
-      * c. Account Type: POP3 
-      * d. Incoming mail server: as provided by Imagatec 
-      * e. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): as provided by Imagatec 
-      * f. User Name: as provided by Imagatec 
-      * g. Password: as provided by Imagatec 
-      * h. Remember password: Yes 
-      * i. Require logon using Secure Password Authentication: No 
-  - Click the More Settings button. 
-  - Click the Outgoing Server tab. 
-      * a. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". 
-      * b. Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". 
-  - Click the Advanced tab.  
-  - Enter the following settings: 
-       * Incoming Server (POP3): 15110 
-          *  i.        This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL): No 
-       * Outgoing Server (SMTP): 15925 
-          *  i.  Use the following type of encrypted connection: None 
-       * Server Timeout: 3 minutes 
-       * Delivery 
-           * i. Select Leave a copy of message on the server 
-          *  ii. __DO NOT__ select options to remove from server 
-  - Click the OK button. 
-  - Click the Next button, Outlook will test the account settings. 
-  - You will see two tests:  
-  - When they are complete, click the Close button. 
-  - You will now see a message stating everything is set/complete/ready, click the Finish button.
