====== iCAFE - Manage Printers======

====Introduction====
Your iPOS Printers are one of the most critical pieces in your system and this document explains how you can use some of the features of iPOS to help manage your printers when there is a problem.

===How it works===
iPOS has 2 specific printers KITCHEN and BAR. Should the KITCHEN or BAR printer become unavailable anybody can quickly tell iPOS to send all dockets to the other printer until the printer is fixed again, and normal service can resume.

===Procedure – HOW TO PROMO BY ITEM===
From the LOGIN Screen\\
Touch the MANAGER Button\\
Touch the Printers Button.\\
Select the Action to be performed (Swapping printer output from the dead printers or back again once it is fixed)\\
Output will start at the new printer from the next docket.
